John was a dedicated hard working manager. Who was able to resolve the intial issues found in our department left by past management. He worked long and hard to develop the department into a strong group of instructors who were recognized as some of the best in the company. This included balancing budgets, instructor development, and helping to enhance both customer and employee statisfaction. John is a team player, leader and I would recommend him without question for a management role.

John Schibelli is one of the most stand up, motivated people I know. His superior business sense, artistic ability, troubleshooting and flexible adaptability is only equal to his kindness, patience and leadership qualities. John's fierce loyalty to his colleagues and morals makes him someone that you want to work with. You would be very lucky to have John on your team.

John was instrumental in helping take a mismanaged program and turning it into one of the most respected and profitable programs at Anthem Institute. John took the time to hire a team of instructors, including myself, who's skills and personalities complimented each other. This proved to be an excellent strategy as it meant the team was stronger and worked much better together. John always promoted our development and worked hard to make sure the resources were available for us to do so. He is very well organized, creative, and has excellent leadership skills. It was a pleasure working with him.
